The tea comes from the Hubei province in Guzhang County. This is also where the name of this unique tea originates. In the region where the tea plants grow, the sun dissolves the morning mist only late in the day. The moisture stays on the leaves for a long time, and this misty humidity shapes the fine taste of this extraordinary tea, which is harvested for only ten days in spring. Only the first and second leaves of the young shoots are hand-picked and subsequently processed.
