Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Because tea is a perishable food product, returns are only accepted for unopened items in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and hazardous materials.

Items marked as final sale or purchased from our outlet or sale collections cannot be returned.

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
