REFUND POLICY
Returns
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
If you are not satisfied with any purchase from the site, please contact us via the Contact Us page or the information below for a replacement or refund within 30 days of shipment. Please include your name, order number, what items, how much you are returning, and the reason for the return. We will respond by email with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and instructions on how to ship the items back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not related to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
